Floyd Calvin Payne, age 87 of Butler, Missouri died Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Medicalodge Nursing Center in Butler. He was born July 18, 1921 to Adolphus Gideon and Belle Nutt Payne in Amoret, Missouri.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel in Butler, Missouri with Pastor Eldon Allen officiating. Burial was in Mulberry Cemetery, Amoret, Missouri. Contributions may be made to the Bates County 4-H Council, American Legion or Mulberry Cemetery.
