Evelyn Shirley Sanford, age of 75 of Raymore, Missouri died Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Cass County Medical Center in Harrisonville, Missouri. She was born May 4, 1933 to Ludwik and Michalina Nowolski Samoleski in Claydon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Mass of Christian Burial was held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 26 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with Father Mike Tierney officiating. Interment was in the Wills Cemetery, Peculiar, Missouri. Contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or Community Blood Center of Kansas City. Arrangements were under the direction of Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel Butler, Missouri.
