Veterans Day in Adrian is one that brings people of all ages together to thank the men and women in the United States military for their selfless choice to serve our country. Early on November 11, veterans gathered at the Lt. Charles Garrison Memorial where the flag was raised then lowered to half mast.
At Adrian R-III, veterans were touched by the heartfelt musical performances, the slide show and the respect shown by everyone.

It has long been a dream of Adrian to have a public library. On Wednesday, November 6, 2013, the board of the Adrian Community Library took another step forward in the continuing story of the realization of this dream. They completed the process of buying the building where the library is located, which means the library will have a permanent home on Main Street.
