Nora Isabelle Van Matre Downey passed away at North Kansas City Hospital on Monday, March 17, 2008 at the age of 92 years after a short illness. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2:00 p.m. at the Atkinson Chapel in Adrian, MO with burial in the Lee’s Summit Cemetery, Lee’s Summit, MO. Contributions may be made to the Adrian Christian Church.
