Grand Opening - Coffee Cats Coffeehouse

Scott Ricker and his family have opened a family-oriented, friendly coffeehouse in the Gaslight Shopping Center in Harrisonville. Coffee Cats Coffeehouse offers a wide variety of drinks, food and entertainment, including: gourmet coffee and espresso drinks; coffee from the 2009 roaster of the year, PT’S coffee roasters; smoothies and frappes; pastries; cookies, cakes and pies; light lunch menu with sandwiches, paninis, soups and salads; meeting room for small business functions and private parties; and live entertainment and a stage with full sound system for events including music and comedy.

Coffee Cats is open Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 7:00pm; Friday, 5:30am - 8:00pm; Saturday, 7:00am - 8:00pm; and Sunday, 11:30am - 7:00pm. Lunch is served seven days a week. Don’t miss the Coffee Cats Coffeehouse Grand Opening Celebration this Saturday, February 20. Enjoy live music from 1:00pm to 9:00pm and hourly coffee tasting starting at 1:00pm.
