*Start/Established - Independent agents for most of our careers in insurance. Lisa started in the business in 1993 and Gordon in 1994. We currently live in Raymore, MO and have an office in Butler, MO.
*Main Service Provided - We primarily handle Medicare related insurance products. We have hundreds of senior clients spread across Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. Our other lines of service and cancer insurance. Regarding Medicare supplements, all seniors should know, is there a “guarantee issue” law in Missouri that allows each person with Medicare supplement insurance the right to switch from one carrier to another without disclosing health conditions, having to wait for coverage on pre-exiting conditions, or pay extra for those health conditions. Basically it’s an annual reset button letting each senior to reset their premiums. We strive to keep our clients on the cheapest premium plan that is available at the time of their effective date. With Medicare supplements being the same from one company to another the only difference is price.
*Business hours - We’re in the office Monday - Friday, 9-4pm, of course all of our clients have our cell phone numbers so we’re available 24/7. In fact, in September 2007, I ran up a sizable roaming bill talking to clients while on vacation in Alaska.
