Happy New Year
A walk in time through the year of 2009
The past year has been history making nationally, with the election of the first black president and locally, as we sloshed through the tenth wettest summer in Missouri, since records were kept. This summer may have been relatively calm as far as tornadoes in this area, but in June, heavy winds burst through, causing heavy damage to buildings in Drexel and scattered damage from there, eastward to Archie and Adrian and beyond. This year has brought us moments of tears, moments of joy and everything in between as the time has swiftly flown into memory.
